Not at all. Our medical pedicures are performed in a private suite using sterilized instruments, single-use files, and physician-exclusive products. Many services also include advanced therapies like red light therapy and Class IV laser — treatments you simply won't find at any traditional nail salon.

Nail fungus responds best to a series of treatments rather than a single visit, so we offer two courses. The 6 for 6 Package is $1,577 and covers six Class IV laser treatments with the podiatrist paired with six medical pedicures with our licensed nail technician. The 12 for 12 Package is $2,577 and doubles that to twelve of each — the better choice for stubborn or recurring fungal nails, and the lowest cost per visit we offer. In both packages your laser treatment and your pedicure happen on the same day, so it's one appointment rather than two. Paid visit by visit, the same care would run $1,800 and $3,600 respectively.

It depends on how long the fungus has been present and how much of the nail is affected. Six paired visits are enough for many patients. Thicker, longstanding or recurring infections — and nails that have been treated before without lasting results — generally do better over a longer course, which is what the 12 for 12 is built for. Your podiatrist will make a recommendation at your first visit, so you don't have to decide before you come in.

The Express Medical Pedicure runs approximately 45 minutes. Red Light Therapy, Athletic Recovery, and Antifungal services are approximately 60 minutes. The Neuropathy Relief Pedicure is approximately 70 minutes. KeryFlex Nail Restoration is approximately 60 minutes.

KeryFlex is a professional nail restoration system that creates a flexible, natural-looking artificial nail over damaged, thickened, or missing nails. Your visit includes an express medical pedicure plus a take-home KeryFlex kit with 8–10 applications so you can maintain results between appointments.
